The dialog could have been a bit more authentic as opposed to stereotypical.

Just fantastic. I love gangster stories and this one would make a fabulous teleplay. The dialogue was well researched and the characters were strong. This story must have been a long time in the making. There were a few gangsterisms I hadn't heard before, but it was properly executed and easy to follow. Like stepping back to New York in the 30's. Just love your writing. Got any more?

That was a treat to read.

The concept isn't anything new mobsters, violence.

The characters, however, were excellent. They all breathed a life their own and felt like people. From the minor characters like the scared owner to the cheeky "bad" gangsters.

The dialogue was sexy. I mean, I didn't understand half of the jargon, but I assume it's accurate to the era since you said you did reserach on it. Whether it was overdone or not isn't m place to judge; all I know is that I enjoyed it.

The plot, while not especially captivating, carried well, was executed smoothly and didn't feel interuptted at all by the stretches of dialogue.

The presentation was spot on. Very easy on the eyes, well organized, the whole bit. I would love to see more of Chickenhead and Flush. =)

What a great teleplay. The quality of this writing is really refreshing, expecially when the piece was written for enjoyment.

It truly was a fun to read production, and I would absolutly love to see this turn into more than just a teleplay.
